Terms of Service

Glam N' Party provides pretend-play spa and beauty entertainment for children. Our services are for entertainment purposes only and are not professional spa, cosmetic or medical services.

Completing a reservation on this site and paying the deposit creates a booking. You will also receive a Service Terms and Conditions agreement by email, which must be signed before the event. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and the agreement is signed.

• No food or beverages are permitted inside the spa bus. A $70 cleaning fee is charged if this rule is not respected.
• Adults are not permitted inside the spa bus during the event. Parents or guardians may briefly enter for photos and videos and must then step out, especially when the bus is at full capacity.
• All spa services, robes and accessories are for exclusive use inside the bus.
• Manicure service includes filing, cleaning and polish only. We do not cut nails.
• Facial masks are water-based, gentle and formulated for children.
• Glam N' Party reserves the right of admission and may refuse or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

By completing a reservation, the parent or legal guardian authorizes Glam N' Party to:

• Apply disposable facial masks, glitter makeup, face gems, nail polish, hairstyles and colored hair extensions to attending guests.
• Use photographs, videos and content produced during the event for promotional purposes on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google) and on our website — unless the client has opted out in writing before the event.

Our spa bus and all materials are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before every event. All products used are child-safe, hypoallergenic where possible, and intended for entertainment purposes only.

If a guest has known allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before the event so we can make appropriate accommodations.

Glam N' Party provides all services strictly for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, personal injury, property damage or any other loss arising from the use of our services, beyond what is required by applicable Florida law. By completing a reservation, the client acknowledges and accepts these limitations.

Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our Refund & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
