Refund & Rescheduling Policy

To secure your reservation date, the following payment terms apply:

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The exact amount is shown before you pay and is part of the total for your package.
• The remaining balance is due before the event begins, payable in cash or credit/debit card on the day of the party.
• A 3% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.
• Florida sales tax of 7% applies to the reservation.

Important: your date is only confirmed and held once the deposit has been received. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

• Cancellation by the client for any reason
• Fewer guests attending than the package capacity
• Change of mind after booking
• Weather or personal circumstances

The deposit is strictly non-refundable and serves as a reservation fee for holding your date and preparing all services in advance.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. We offer the following options:

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your original event date.
• Rescheduled events must take place within 3 months of the original date, subject to availability.
• Only one reschedule is permitted per reservation.
• Requests submitted less than 7 days before the event are treated as a cancellation; no credit or transfer applies.

Please make sure the package you select accommodates your expected guest count before booking. If fewer guests attend than your package includes, no refund or price adjustment is made.

Additional guests may be added at the per-package rate, up to the capacity of the bus. Duration does not change when adding guests. Guest additions must be confirmed in advance.

The client must provide a clear parking space of at least 25 feet for the spa bus upon arrival and departure.

For condominiums, HOAs and gated communities, the client is responsible for obtaining all entry permissions, parking authorizations and approvals before the event date. Glam N' Party is not responsible for delays, disruptions or cancellations caused by lack of required permits or access. In such cases, no refund is issued.

A distance fee applies for locations beyond 12 miles from ZIP code 33178. The fee is shown at the time of booking and is part of the total reservation amount. Distance fees are non-refundable.
